1. In Idle m ode, press → Planner → Tim er.

3. Enter hours or m inutes to count dow n and press

4. Press the Centre key to begin or pause the
countdow n.
5. W hen the tim er expires, press to stop the

2. Press the Centre key to begin and record lap tim es
(up to 4).
3. Press to stop the stopw atch.
4. Press to clear recorded tim es.
