6. DESCRIPTION OF FRONT PANEL CONTROLS
All the oven's control and monitoring devices are placed together on the front panel. The table below
provides the key to the symbols used.
THERMOSTAT KNOB
The cooking temperature is selected by turning the knob clockwise to the required setting, between 50°
and 280°C. On some models, the preset temperature will appear on the display for a few seconds. To
view the set temperature on the display again, simply press the
or keys of the electronic
programmer.
