Displaying and Editing a Directory Entry
Open the Directory.
For example:
Enter the first letter of the name, such as Eric.

MENU Open the Menu.

DISPLAY ENT Scroll to Display Entry and press OK. The number is
displayed.

Using the keypad, edit the number and press OK.

Using the keypad, edit the name and press OK.
Deleting a Single Entry from the Directory
Open the Directory.
For example:
Enter the first letter of the name, such as Eric.

MENU Open the Menu.

DELETE Scroll to Delete and press OK.
Deleting All Numbers in the Directory
Open the Directory.

MENU Open the Menu.
