● Adjust “Ramp Power” in the Option menu.
Coloring of the
image is poor or
distorted
● Is the contrast level properly
adjusted?
● Adjust accordingly using AContrastB of
the Image menu.
● Are the signals of the connected
devices possible input signals?
● Check to ensure that they are possible
input signals, and input compatible
signals accordingly.
● Is the input cable correctly
connected?
● Connect the input cable correctly.
Projection
position on the
screen has
shifted
● Has the setup position of the
projector been shifted?
● Check the setup position of the
projector.

Image
disappears
suddenly
● Are the video signals correctly
input?
● Check the signals and connection.
Images do not
appear on the
two-screen
mode display
● Are the DVI 1 and DVI 3 terminals
connected for input?
● To display images in the two-screen
mode, connect the DVI 1 and DVI 3
terminals. The left screen displays
images of the DVI 1 terminal, and the
right screen displays images of the
DVI 3 terminal.
The screen does
not darken
immediately
when the
projection has
ended
● The ending process is in progress.
● Please wait for about more than 10
seconds for the ending process to
