This option refers to character numbers typed per second by the
keyboard. The default value is “6”.

z Typematic Delay (Msec)
This option defines how many milliseconds must elapse before a
held-down key begins generating repeat characters. The default
value is “250”.

z Security Option
This item allows you to limit access to the system and Setup, or
just to Setup. The default value is “Setup”.
System
If a wrong password is entered at the prompt, the system
will not boot, the access to Setup will be denied, either.
Setup
If a wrong password is entered at the prompt, the system
will boot, but the access to Setup will be denied.
NOTE To disable the security, select PASSWORD
SETTING at Main Menu and then you will be
asked to enter a password. Do not type anything,
just press and it will disable the security.
Once the security is disabled, the system will boot
and you can enter Setup freely.
