Signed Word
The pmaxsw instruction returns the maximum between the four signed
words in either two SIMD registers, or one SIMD register and a
memory location.
The pminsw instruction returns the minimum between the four signed
words in either two SIMD registers, or one SIMD register and a
memory location.
