Check whether the user name and password
for logging in to the FTP server specified as

Request the other party to attach the file in a format supported by the machine
and transmit the file again.

The fax forwarding request was denied for the received e-mail.
Check the fax forwarding request settings in “E-mail Settings > Optional E-mail
Settings” in OfficeBridge.

Cannot connect to the POP3 server.
In “E-mail Settings > SMTP/POP Settings” in OfficeBridge, check whether the
POP3 server address, POP3 port number, SSL, and POP3S port number settings
are correctly specified.

The POP3 server could not be found.
Check the DNS server address setting in the TCP/IP settings. In “E-mail Settings
> SMTP/POP Settings” in OfficeBridge, check whether the POP3 server address,
POP3 port number, SSL, and POP3S port number settings are correctly specified.

Authentication failed for the POP3 server.
In “E-mail Settings > SMTP/POP Settings” in OfficeBridge, check whether the
authentication method, POP3 user name, and POP user password settings are
correctly specified.
