Troubleshooting
Check these questions first if you have problems with your
phone:

Is your battery
charged? Do you
see
B in the
display?
The battery level indicator should have
at least one segment showing (
C ). If
it does not, recharge your battery. (See
“Charging the Battery” on page 23 and
“Battery Use” on page 32.)
Do you have a
valid SIM card
inserted in your
phone? If necessary, turn off your phone and
make sure that you have inserted a valid
SIM card. (See “Installing the SIM
Card” on page 19).
Has the phone
been damaged,
dropped, or
gotten wet? Dropping your phone, getting it wet, or
using a non-Motorola battery or battery
charger can damage the phone. The
phone’s limited warranty does not cover
liquid damage or damage caused from
using non-Motorola accessories.
Was a
non-Motorola
battery or
battery charger
used?
