Using the Menu
The message center lets you compose and send text
messages. A flashing cursor shows where text will appear:
When you enter text using the standard tap method, the
flashing cursor changes to a block cursor, and the soft key
functions change:
Msg:
CANCEL
BROWSE
Press
BROWSE

to view and
insert a
quick note.
Press
CANCEL

-
) to exit
without making changes.
Flashing
cursor
indicates
insertion
point.
Press
M
to open
the sub-menu.

DELETE
OK
Press
OK

)
to accept
and store
the text.
Press
DELETE
(
-
)
to delete the character
to the left of the insertion
point.
Block
cursor
indicates
current
highlighted
character.
After two seconds, the
block cursor reverts to a
flashing cursor and moves
to the next position.
