Immediately plug the power cord into the electrical outlet.
This turns your Motorola Communications Gateway on. You do not need to unplug it
when not in use.

Check that the lights on the Communications Gateway cycle through this sequence:

Power flashes during the self-test and changes to solid green when the self-test
is successfully complete.

Online flashes while the Communications Gateway downloads its
