Calling

Speed dialing

You can store numbers in your phone’s phonebook or in
the phonebook on your SIM card.

Speed dialing from your phonebook on your
phone
• From standby, press and hold one of the number keys

2-9 to find a contact beginning with the first letter on
that key (or closest following). For example, press and
hold 5 to go to the first contact beginning with “J”.
To go to a contact beginning with “L” press 5 three
times after you have entered the list of contacts.

• Scroll to the contact you want to call.
• When the contact you want to call is highlighted, press

Call

. Scroll to the number you want to call (if more

than one number is stored for that contact). Press

Call

again.

Speed dialing from your phonebook on your
SIM card
• Enter the location number then press

Call

to dial the

number corresponding to the phonebook position on
your SIM card.
or

• Enter the position number.
• Press

1 Scroll to

Phonebook, Contact Mngr., Position List.

2 Select the phone number you want to move.
3 Select the position to which you want to move the

phone number.

4 When you have finished press

Back

Changes will apply when phb. is copied. Copy to
SIM?

appears in the display. Press

Yes

to copy your

changes to your SIM.

Note!

You can also use the

Call Contact

option in the

Phonebook

menu to call a contact.
