4. CONNECTING EXTERNAL
INTERFACE CS-120A
The External Interface CS-120A functions to enable upgrading from a past CSH series sonar.
However, we recommend that you connect external devices directly to the processor unit, to
avoid signal delay. Connect echo sounder and net sonde directly to the processor unit.
Install the following power supply kit (option) in the processor unit to enable use of the
CS-120A.

1. Unfasten seven screws to remove the front cover of the processor unit.
2. Unfasten two upset screws, detach the plugs J503, J502, J501, J504, J506 and J507,
and then pull out the power module.
