The sound quality does not
meet your expectations
Depending on the location of the device, your camera's microphone will
pick up cheers from nearby people, the mood, or the sound of the wind.
Depending on your use, several solutions are available to you to have a
suitable sound:
- If you want to capture the atmosphere of the stadium in an optimal way,
you can place an external microphone with a foam windscreen on your
camera
- If you want to record the voice of the coach or a particular person, use
the RODE type wireless lavalier microphone
- If you want a sound from the field, as if you were in the game, use an
external directional microphone placed at the edge of the field
Update
The update is interrupted or
is not done correctly:
1. Check that the internet connection is stable (Ethernet cable)
2. Wait for the complete end of the update process (green LED flashing
slowly)
You are having problems
updating the robot:
Connect the robot to the internet with the Ethernet cable to have a stable
speed
Pairing quality
Disconnections are
numerous or untimely:
Delete the robot from the application and redo a complete pairing.
Pairing between the robot
and the application is
difficult or impossible:
If you encounter a “Lost connection” in the pairing step, wait until the blue
LED is off before continuing the process
Make sure the phone is not situated right under the robot, it may cause
disturbances in the force.

4. Don't stand under the robot when using the PIX4TEAM Remote app, but
about 2 to 3 meters (6 to 9ft) away from the mast, to have a better con-
nection.
