Warranty
Any electrode found to be faulty due to
manufacture will be replaced. All IJ electrodes
have a serial number which identifies the date
of manufacture. Electrode use should
commence within two years of this date. Please
return the completed proof of purchase card as
soon as you receive the electrode.
Normally, IJ electrodes will have a lifetime of 2-
4 years in ideal samples at room temperature.
This will be reduced in chemically aggressive or
abrasive samples and elevated temperatures.
All IJ series electrodes are given a pro-rata one
year warranty from the proof of purchase date.
However, if in our opinion the electrode is not
suitable for the application, we reserve the right
to void the warranty.
