Delete Group — delete the entire group from your contact
list

Change Group Name — change the name that you have
specified for your group

Once you are finished editing the group, click the trackwheel to
view the menu. Scroll to Save Group and click.

Address Book fields

To open the Address Book: in the Home screen, scroll to the
ADDRESS BOOK icon and click. You may type contact
information into the following fields:

First: Type your contact’s first name. This field accepts alpha-
numeric and symbol characters.

Last: Type your contact’s last name. This field accepts alpha-
numeric and symbol characters.

Email: Type your contact’s email address. This field supports alpha-
numeric and symbol characters. Press the

SPACE

key once to insert

the ‘@’ sign; press the

SPACE

key again to insert a ‘.’ (period). To

insert a blank space, press the

BACKSPACE

key and then the

SPACE

key again.

Interactive Handheld: Type your contact’s user name. A user name
is an unique alpha-numeric identification (5-21 characters) assigned
to each subscriber.

BlackBerry PIN: Type your contact’s BlackBerry PIN number. This
field applies only if you subscribe to Corporate Email service. If you
have Corporate Email service, you may type your contact’s
BlackBerry PIN number to send a message to another handheld
without having to use an email address. You do not have to press
the

ALT

key to type numbers in this field.
