3. Type your contact’s information, pressing ENTER after each
field. You can also type your contact’s full name in the First: or
Last: field and press
ENTER . The first name will appear in the
First: field and the last name will appear in the Last: field.
4. To save your contact information, click to view the menu. Scroll
to Save Address and click.
Your new contact’s name will appear in alphabetical order in the
Address Book.
To create an entry for a group
Once you have entered the information for each individual contact,
you can set up a group email address if you email a particular set of

Address Book entry. To add more than one email address,
click to view the menu, scroll to Add Email and click. An
additional field appears in the New Address screen and
you are able to add the second email address. When you
compose a message to a contact with multiple email
addresses and select the email send method, you will be
prompted to select which address to use.
