8 Administrator Mode Operations
8.1 Supervising Copier Use (“Copy Track” Function)
The Administrator mode allows the use of the copier to be controlled. With
this mode, up to 99 access codes can be specified and the number of
copies possible for each account can be restricted.

The administrator access code is specified when this copier is
installed. Be sure to write down this number and store it in a safe
place.

If the administrator access code has been change, be sure to notify the
appropriate service representative.
To change the Administrator Mode settings
1 Press the [Utility] key to enter Utility
mode.
2 Touch [Administrator Mode].
