tKiP: Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP) changes the temporal key every

10,000 packets, ensuring much greater security than standard WeP security.

Pre-shared Key Format: Select the type of pre-shared key: Passphrase (8 to 6

alphanumerical characters) or Hex (64 characters (in the “A-F,” “a-f” and “0-9”

ranges).

WPA Pre-Shared Key: enter 8 to 6 digits in ASCII format to be the key for

authentication within the network.

When you finish entering settings, click “Save & Next” to confirm the configuration.
