- Hierbij gaat u als volgt te werk
- 1. De warmtelade met het servies op stand 4 voorverwarmen.
- 2. Wat vet sterk verhitten in een pan. Het vlees krachtig aanbraden en direct in het voorverwarmde servies doen. Het deksel erop leggen.
- 3. Het servies met het vlees weer in de warmtelade doen en nagaren. De functiekeuzeknop op stand 3 zetten.
