Low ink. The printer
cartridge is
running low on
ink.
Replace the ink cartridge.
You may be able to print
some images using the
current cartridge, but their
color and quality may not
be of high quality.
Printer error. There is a
problem with the
printer.
Turn the printer off, then on
again. Press on the
camera. Send the print
request again.
Unable to
communicate with
printer.
There is no
connection
between the
camera and
printer.
• Check that the printer
is turned on.
• Make sure the cable is
connected between the
printer and the camera
cradle or the dock. If
that does not work,
turn off the camera and
disconnect the USB
cable. Turn the printer
off and then on again,
reconnect the USB
cable, and turn the
camera on.
Printer top cover
is open.
The printer is
open.
Close the top cover of the
printer.
Incorrect or
missing print
head.
The print head is
the incorrect
model or is
missing.
Install a new print head,
turn the printer off, then
turn it back on.
