Cooling Tube

Reassembly
1. Insert new cooling tube fitting and use 5/8 in.
wrench to tighten.
2. Insert cooling tube (79) and push into new fitting
(86). Make sure tube is fully seated.
3. Rotate cooling tube around and insert free end into
push-to-connect fitting. Make sure tube is fully
inserted.
4. Replace screw (101) and washer (102) under cool-
ing tube (79) and use 3/8 in. socket to tighten.
5. Replace Compressor; page 12.
6. Replace RotoFlex
™
II Pump hose; page 9 or 10.
7. Replace Shroud, page 7.
CAUTION
When replacing cooling tube, make sure coil is facing
up when you push the tubing into the fitting. If you
push from any other angle you could bend or damage
the tube.
