Connecting Audio
5.1 Powered Speakers
To connect two front speakers, two surround speakers, a
center speaker, and a subwoofer for six-channel
(5.1 speaker) output:
1 Connect the RCA connector end of the Y adapter
cables to the Audio Out connectors Front Right, Front
Left, Surround Right, Surround Left, Center on the
back of your HP Digital Entertainment Center. 2 Connect the female 1/8-inch (3.5 mm) mini-jack end
of the Y adapters to the audio line in cables of the
speaker amplifier.
3 Plug in the speaker system power. Refer to the
speaker documentation.
4 Turn on the speaker system.
