Enhance TCE by coordinating all of HP's resources focused on fulfilling the
customer's solution.

Detailed Design for component add on and Superdome 16-way to 32-way
upgrade

Ensures a properly configured solution with the add on or upgrade. Provides
pre installation planning for partition reconfiguration and operating
environment installation. Minimizes impact to production and reduces
customer risk.

Deployment Manager for add-on component

Extend Total Customer Experience by proactively managing/scheduling all
field resources required to install and integrate the hardware and to re
partition the environment, if required.

Services

I/O cards are the ONLY Superdome add on components that are customer installable. However, HP assisted
installation is an available option.
All other Superdome add on components (cell boards, memory, I/O chassis, PDCA) require HP installation.
Required installation is available either as a required option or already included in the hardware purchase price.
Installation options are ordered one per installed product.
The add-on installation product is as follows:
