Migrating Array
The Migrating Array option allows you to migrate a RAID array from one arry
type to another.
There are two reasons to use the Migrating Array option:
Adding disks to an existing RAID array
An example would be to change a 2-disk Striping array to a 3-disk Striping
array.
Changing a RAID array to a different array type
An example would be to change a Mirroring array to a Strip Mirroring array.
Use the following procedure to rebuild an array:
18. Click on
Migrate Array
under Management to launch the NVIDIA Migrate
Array Wizard.
19. Click
Next
to continue with the
wizard and display the RAID
Array Selection window.
