Settings
Select the signal to be output from the selected preout terminal.

Only “Center” and “None” can be set for the CENTER preout
terminal.

If you are using a total of seven or more Height/Ceiling/Dolby Atmos
Enabled speakers, you can only set “Top Middle”, “Surround Dolby”,
or “None” for the HEIGHT 3 PRE OUT connector.

You can use the HEIGHT 4 PRE OUT connector only if you are
using a total of seven or more Height/Ceiling/Dolby Atmos Enabled
speakers. You can only set “Top Surround”, “Center Height”,
“TS/CH”, or “None” for the HEIGHT 4 PRE OUT connector.

This shows how to connect the PRE OUT connectors for your “Amp
Assign” setting on the menu screen.
Speaker Configuration
Select whether or not speakers are present, playback capacity for low
bass frequencies and speaker size.

When speakers for which you assigned Height1 in “Amp Assign” are set to “None”,
“None” is automatically set for Height2.

Front
Set the front speaker size.
Large:
Use a large speaker that can adequately
play back very low bass frequencies.
Small
(Default):
Use a small speaker that has inadequate
playback capacity for very low bass
frequencies.

When “Subwoofer” is set to “No”, “Front” is automatically set to “Large”.

When “Front” is set to “Small”, you cannot set speakers other than “Front” to
“Large”.
