Three Zones
(LOWER, UPPER 1, UPPER 2)
The A-88MKII stores the keyboard settings for three zones, LOWER,
UPPER 1 and UPPER 2.
The keyboard settings include the output setting, MIDI channel,
volume, bank select and octave shift.
Settings stored by each zone
