Ladder logic is required to use the MVI56E-GSC module. Tasks that must be
handled by the ladder logic are:
 Module backplane data transfer
 Application serial port data handling
 Special block handling
 Status data handling
 Power-
up Handler (may be needed to initialize the module’s database and to
clear any processor fault conditions.)
