1. Information
List AP information of [ESSID], [MAC] and [Signal].
- [ESSID]
: It is the unique identification of the AP in the WLAN system and constructed by
2~32 characters.
- [MAC]
: The MAC address of the AP.
- [Signal]
: The strength of the signal (1~100; “100” is the maximum).

2. Set as Preferred AP
Save the profile of the AP into Preferred APs, user may have several preferred APs. Repeat the
steps of Scan APs to add more preferred APs.
3. Connect
now
Associate with the AP immediately. Once user selects the[Set as Preferred AP], it will show the
AP Settings
menu which contains two main item[ESSID]and[Security].
♦ ESSID: The unique ID of the AP in the WLAN system.
♦ Security: It supports five types of security: OFF, WEP,
WPA-PSK, PEAP and EAP-TTLS.
