16-CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
PERIODIC CLEANING PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN
Failure to have the stove cleaned on an annual basis by an authorised technician or qualified personnel will result in the
loss of the warranty.
CLEANING THE UPPER COMPARTMENT
When the stove is cold, lift the ceramic top; unscrew the screws “O” on the right and left-hand side and remove cover “A”. Then take out
the designated clamping screws of drivers “V” and then remove stove cover “B”.
At this point, remove the four turbulators “C” and using a stiff rod or a bottle brush, clean the internal pipe unit and the turbulators,
removing all the accumulated ash. Check the cover seal and replace it if necessary.
CAUTION: It is advisable to carry out the cleaning of the upper exchanger at the end of the season and possibly have
an authorised technician do it in order to replace the gasket that is below plug “B”.
