Always hold non-rotating tools with impact function by the tool itself and never by the
tool attachment because this may cause damage due to vibration.
The ON/OFF switch must be released if the pressure supply is interrupted
(disconnection and connection of the supply).
Never wear any watches, rings, jewellery or loose clothing when using the tool.
5.2 Further instructions
Protect yourself and your environment from the risk of accidents by taking
appropriate precautions.
The maximum working pressure indicated on the tool must not be exceeded.
Pneumatic tools must always be fitted with an upstream pressure-reducing valve
allowing to adjust the specified operating pressure.
Keep the compressed air hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Always check
the hose before using the tool.
Operate the tool only with a (single) compressor.
Operation with compressed air cylinders is not allowed..
Operation of pneumatic tools with flammable gases is prohibited (danger of
explosion).
Always use protective goggles, ear protectors and gloves.
Do not use pneumatic tools for purposes other than intended.
Always keep pneumatic tools away from children.
Never aim pneumatic tools at people or animals.
Connect pneumatic tools only through a quick coupling.
Use only original spare parts for repairs. Non-original spare parts may cause
dangerous damage.
Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply before any maintenance,
adjustment and repair work or when the tool is not used.
Use the tool only if it is in good working condition.
In case of doubt, consult a specialist before using the tool.
Repairs may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Always pay attention to the maximum operating pressure indicated on the tool.
Never carry the tool by the compressed air hose.

BEFORE THE START-UP
Screw the pneumatic nipple into the tool. Before that, wrap the threads of the tool
and the nipple with an appropriate sealing tape (e.g. teflon tape).
Before starting the work on the planned workpiece, take a workpiece sample and
familiarise yourself with the function of the tool. This will you help avoid undesirable
results in future work.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE AND SAFE OPERATION
Regular maintenance and care is essential in preventing friction and
corrosion damage to the tool. As an air preparation stage after the
pressure regulator, an oil mist lubricator (not included in the delivery)
provides a continuous optimum level of lubrication to the tool. An oil mist
lubricator gives off fine droplets of oil into the flowing air and thus
ensures a regular lubrication, prolongs the service life of the tool and
reduces maintenance costs.
