This is the EventType attribute of the signal or object in alarm. Event types may be any text string

Wildcards
When using the Filter Property pages several filter settings allow wildcard characters to be specified.
The wildcard characters are the * (asterisk) and ? (question mark) characters.
The '*' signifies a match with zero or more characters. Note: any characters specified after an asterisk
are ignored.
The '?' signifies a match with exactly one character.
