2. Depending on the requirements on your PV system, activate the required checkboxes:
Design Area
In this area, you select the communication products for PV system monitoring.
1. In order to only use current (not discontinued) communication products in the design, activate the checkbox
Only take current communication products into account.
2. You have the following options for selecting the communication products:
• To have the communication products selected automatically, select [Automatic design].
• To select communication products from proposals, select [Design alternatives] and then select [Adopt design]
in the the column of the required design alternative.
• To select a specific communication product for PV system monitoring, select [Add communication product].
If you have activated the checkbox Only take current communication products into account, you can only
select current communication products in the list.
3. To remove all added communication products from the Result area, select [Delete system monitoring].
Result Area
In this area, you obtain an overview of the internal and external communication products used in the project and the type
of data transmission.
• If a communication product is to be included in the design alternatives, select the lock symbol next to the
communication product. The lock symbol is displayed closed. To undo the setting, select the lock symbol again.
• To delete a communication product, select [X] next to the communication product.
