Configuring an EVI IS-IS process
When you create an EVI tunnel interface, the system automatically creates an EVI IS-IS process that has
the same number as the interface. You can access the EVI IS-IS process view to change EVI IS-IS
process-specific settings.
Alternatively, you can create an EVI IS-IS process before creating an EVI tunnel interface and configure
the process-specific settings, but the process and its settings take effect only after the interface is created.
An automatically created EVI IS-IS process can be manually deleted by using the undo evi-isis command
or automatically deleted when you delete its EVI tunnel interface. In contrast, to delete a manually
created EVI IS-IS process, you must use the undo evi-isis command. Deleting its EVI tunnel interface can
only invalidate the process.
