Adjusting Image Density and On-Screen Position
X Position, Y Position, and Density can be set independently for each logo or animation. The Assets
window also allows you to adjust the position of a selected image on the screen and its density using
the X pos, Y pos and Density fields on the right side of the Assets window.
When in Preview, you can click and drag images on the Preview window. See “Previewing a Project”
on page 18 for more information.
Editing Audio Settings
From the Assets window, select an audio file from your Project, then select Edit Audio Settings. The
Edit Audio window displays.
3. To create a key channel, select the Self Key checkbox. The foreground signal (key fill) is self keyed
to create a key channel from the graphic foreground.
4. Adjust the Clip Adjustment and Gain Adjustment slider controls for the desired key.
5. To invert the key, select the Invert Key checkbox. A key and fill signal will now be present with the
fill matching the key signal exactly.
6. Select the Shape Fill checkbox if separate key and fill signals are part of an image and need to be
adjusted. The 7420 Logo Inserter module uses a linear additive keyer and requires that key and fill
match exactly for a correct key. When the Shape Fill checkbox is selected, the key fill in a selected
image will be shaped to match the key signal.
7. To preview the key, select the Show Key checkbox. The graphic can be displayed with a
background grid by selecting the Show Background Grid checkbox.
8. To see the graphic at its actual size, select the Show Actual Size checkbox.
9. Select Accept to save the adjustments, or select Cancel if you do not want to save the
adjustments.
