The function is used for the SNMP trap setting
Argument:
: available from 1 to 6.
: 1(v1), 2(v2c), 3(v3)
: trap host IP address
: trap port
: aBc, max 32 chars
: 1(NoAuthNoPriv), 2(AuthNoPriv), 3(AuthPriv)
: 1(MD5), 2(SHA)
: aBc, min 8 chars, max 40 chars
: 1(DES)
: aBc, min 8 chars, max 32 chars
