Step 4 When prompted to restart your computer, select Yes or No as
required.
6.3 For Windows 2000/XP
Note: The removing steps are the same in Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
The graphics here assume a Windows 2000 environment.
Step 1 Click the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control
Panel. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs (or Add or
Remove Programs for Windows XP) icon.
Step 2 Highlight Agere Systems PCI Soft Modem from the list and then
click Change/Remove.
Step 3 Click Yes to remove the components.
Step 4 When prompted to restart your computer, select Yes or No as
required.
