check the charge account’s setting instead of the account itself.
Charge Type: The charge type, Normal, Monthly Fee,
Deductible Monthly Fee, Free minutes and Carrier Cost.
Charge Month: Show the charged month (For package user
only).
Grant Value: For free minutes, it is the minutes of free calls for
Free Minutes packet type. For Deductible Monthly Fee, it is the
minimum monthly charge for this month.
Month Usage: The current usage of the package user. For free
minutes, this is the minutes already used for those free countries.
When it exceed the Grant Value (the free talk time), the user will
be charged as the defined rate. For deductible monthly fee user,
it is the current charged fee for this month. When it exceeds the
Grant Value, it indicates the all monthly fee will be full deducted.
Service: The service that the subscriber can support
- Password Sync: automatically sync user password to web
password. It is useful for soft-phone user.
- Display Rate Plan: Display rate plan or not when subscriber
logon
- Is Charge Account: Whether is the charge account for the
other subscribers. When select it, the other subscriber’s fee
can be deducted from it.
- Disable Accounting: Disable the accounting function for this
subscriber. Please only use it if you don’t like to record this
account’s billing. All billing records will not be stored in
database.
- Low balance threshold: Whether to limit the subscriber’s
outgoing call when his balance is lower than a specified level
defined.
Max Talk Time: The subscriber can’t talk more than the time
defined.
Max Call: Whether to limit the number of the outgoing call.
- Unlimit: Check it to disable the max call restriction. (default
setting)
Low balance call restriction: Only the number in here will be
allowed to dial when his balance is lower than a specified level
defined
Low balance threshold: Whether to limit the subscriber’s
outgoing call when his balance is lower than a specified level
defined or not. It is useful when you are trying to notice your user
that the balance is low now.
