Cost Rate Group: cost plan for profit calculation
Postpaid Profit Percentage (%): The percentage to calculate

reseller profit of postpaid when you set the postpaid cost mode
to “Profit Percentage”.

Prepaid profit percentage (%): The percentage to calculate

reseller profit of prepaid. For reseller profit calculation of prepaid
user, the Wellbilling 6600 can only support average profit rate,
not cost plan.

Predefine the reseller his own prepaid profit percentage.
Routing rule: The select rule for routing

- Use global: Use the system wide settings.
- Least Cost: Use the least cost routing policy
- Carrier Priority: Use the carrier priority routing policy.
- QoS routing based on ASR: The best routing based on the

highest answer rate.

- QoS routing based on Mean Hold Time: The best routing

based on the longest average talk time

- QoS routing based on Post Dial Delay: The best routing

based on the min delay after dialing.

Tax:

- Price With Tax: The price includes the tax for this reseller
- No Tax: The price not including the tax for this reseller

Value added tax rate (%):Define the reseller their own value

added tax rate

Recharge Code: Enable to create the new recharge code or not.
Roll Back: allow to roll back or not
Assign charge account: Enable the assign charge account or

not. When enable it, this reseller will be able to assign some
charge accounts which one account can pay fee for the other
accounts.

Change subscriber rate group: Whether to allow changing the

subscriber rate group belonged to this reseller.
