Parameter Description:
Prefix Code: The Prefix code to be summarized as a item
Prefix Name: The Prefix code name
Prefix Type: Call type for reporting. You can set it to IDD,
National, and Mobile etc.
Rate Plan Group
Rate Plan Group is a set of rate plans. Highest priority with
validated period rate plan in a Rate Group will be used for charge.
Each prepaid subscriber need have a rate group to be assigned.
Start Path: Rate Plan > Rate Plan Group
