Fit a new seal ring (A) using good engineering
practices. The seal ring must be fitted in the
correct orientation (B). Make sure that the open
side points to the pump cover.
14.
Slightly oil the inner ring of the (new) bearings
and the seat on the hub. Fit the bearings and
the rings.
The bearings are placed on the hub with a slight
interference fit. Use a pressing tool to press the
bearings on the hub.
15.
Mount the circlip (A).
16.
Fit the rotor (A). The rotor is placed on the
bearings with a loose fit. Press the rotor on the
hub until it clicks on the retaining ring.
