Matrix setup
Input sources may be taken from either the optical or BNC connectors for each 64 channel
MADI inputs independently.
Each of the three 64 output groups (MADI 1, MADI 2 and the Ext bus) of the 192x192 matrix may
assigned to any of the 64 input groups; MADI I/P 1, MADI I/P 2 and the External I/P bus.
Note: The same I/P may be assigned to more than one output.
Tip: To assign inputs on a one-to-one basis, use one of the Reset 1:1 options. This will set channel 1 out
to channel 1 in, channel 2 out to channel 2 in and so on for each matrix.
Using the on-screen matrix mimic
Matrix inputs may also be assigned using the two-dimensional matrix mimic. Select Reset: Show
Matrix and press the Lock and Insert On buttons to display the mimic.
To change a cross-point move the orange highlight cursor (at top left in the picture) to the desired
location and press the Insert On button to activate. When done, press the Lock button to leave
the matrix mimic screen.
