10.2 Sensor Specifications
Notes
1.
Measurement resolution and accuracy is specified for the default (versus
high-speed) measurement mode. Derate resolution and accuracy by 75%
when using the high-speed measurement mode.
2.
Channels configured for 4-20mA current loops return data values
representing a percentage of full-scale current (4mA= 0%,
20mA=100%). For example, a 12mA current would produce the data
value 50.0, indicating 50% of full-scale.

This is the default sensor type after a board reset. It is provided for
back-compatibility with earlier Sensoray Smart A/D™ products. Use of
this type is not recommended for new designs, as higher resolution is
available on the 5V, 200uV resolution range.
4.
Declaring a channel’s sensor type as Disabled removes the channel from
the scan loop. Data values returned from disabled channels are
indeterminate and should be ignored.

This is the only temperature sensor type that returns data in degrees
Fahrenheit. All other temperature sensors return data in degrees
Centigrade.

Gage specifications assume 4-wire bridge circuit, 350

impedance, 10V excitation supplied by the sensor channel.
