2.4 Minimum APDU_Timeout
Obvius recommends BACnet clients use a minimum APDU_Timeout of 6 seconds.
If writing to relays, BACnet clients should use an APDU_Timeout which is greater than the actual data
refresh interval, which depends on the system configuration. This may be estimated from the above
tables or measured using
