Step 7: Cut the white fibre wire from the power cable.

Step 8: Remove 4 screws securing the motor mounting plate.

Step 9: Lift out motor and capacitor.

Step 10: Drop new motor assembly into the power vent and screw
with supplied 4 screws and star washers. Line up cut out in motor
mounting plate with electrical conduit.

Step 11: Remove the ground wire screw from the motor. NOTE:
Save this screw for later.
