Component Descriptions
The TMA DTMF Transceiver is used to interface the PC running the TMA application and dedicated
PABX telephone line. The DTMF Transceiver is a black plastic box with sloped sides measuring 5.50 L
×
5.25 W
× 1.75 D inches. The front of the unit has three LEDs and the rear has one USB type “B” jack,
and one RJ11 jack.
The CD-ROM contains all the files to be installed on a PC that are required to run the TMA application
and the TMA User Guide.
The USB Security Key provides the necessary hardware security for the Administrator account access to
the TMA application. The USB Security Key has the appearance of a USB flash drive (or memory stick).
The USB cable is used to interconnect the PC running the TMA application with the DTMF Transceiver.
The cable is equipped with a USB type “A” plug at one end for connection to a USB port at the PC, and a
USB type “B” plug at the other end for connection to the DTMF Transceiver.
The telephone line cord is used to connect the DTMF Transceiver to a dedicated PABX telephone line.
The telephone line cord is equipped with an RJ11 plug at each end and is approximately 7 feet in length.
