10. Slide a Lock Washer onto a Hand knob stud first (Figure 10) and then a Flat
Washer. Insert the stud of the Hand Knob through one of the holes in the
bottom of the Collector Door (Hand Knob on outside of Door).
11. Install a Push Nut onto the stud and push it up to the Door Lip with the
boxed end of a 3/8" Wrench.
12. Install the other Hand Knob, Lock Washer, Flat Washer and Push Nut into
the other hole in the bottom of the Collector Door.
13. Position the top of the Collector Door (inside Lips) into the grooves at the
back of the Side Panels and Slide the Collector Door top up under the end of
the Container Cover (Figure 11). Push the Door in at the bottom until it
rests on the end of the Collector Base.
14. Secure the Door by screwing in the two Hand Knobs at the bottom to the
end of the Collector Base (Figure 12).
15. Tighten the Low Profile Locknuts at the bottom of all four Bars first with two
1/2" Wrenches and then tighten the top Low Profile Locknuts only to the
point that the Washer will still turn with some resistance.
Adjusting the Inlet Duct for Left Side Discharge Mowers
The Machine is shipped ready to connect to a right side discharge Mower. If
your Mower is equipped with a left side discharge you must perform the
following adjustment to the Inlet Duct.
Tools Needed:

Small Philips Head Screwdriver

5/16" Wrench
1. Remove the Hand Knob and slide the Inlet Duct out of the Impeller Flange
(Figure 13).
2. Remove the two sets of Screws and Locknuts from the Inlet Duct with a
Small Philips Head Screwdriver and a 5/16" Wrench and install them into
the other holes as indicated for left side mounting.
3. Reinstall the Inlet Duct into the Impeller Flange and secure the Hand Knob.
