Permitting WAN-side access to the configuration pages is a major security
risk.

'FTP server': here you can switch the FTP server on and off.
The 'Disable WAN side FTP access' function is enabled by default.

'DMZ' (Demilitarized Zone): This function is a DMZ host. A DMZ host is a
computer (server) running all Internet services such as Web, e-mail, FTP
and game servers and is therefore directly connected to the Internet.

'DMZ Host IP': IP address of the DMZ host
Be aware of the security risks of setting up a computer in your local network
as a DMZ host, as it can be misused for intrusion attempts from the Internet.

'PPP reconnect on Internet access': If you check this function, an Internet
connection is automatically established whenever an application tries to
send a data packet to the Internet.

'PPP connect on ADSL link': If this function is enabled, an Internet connec-
tion will be established anytime a physical ADSL connection is available.

'Time Zone': Select your time zone here.

'Daylight Saving Time': Select standard or daylight savings time here.

'User defined time server': IP address of the time server.
