FCC REGISTRATION INFORMATION

This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules. On the bottom of this unit is a label that contains, among other
information, the FCC registration number and ringer equivalence number (REN) for this equipment. If requested, this
information must be provided to the telephone company. REN is used to determine the quantity of devices on which may be
connected to the telephone line. Excessive RENs on the telephone line may result in the devices not ringing in response to an
incoming call. In most, but not all areas, the sum of RENs should not exceed five (5.0). To be certain of the number of
devices that may be connected to the line, as determined by the total RENs, contact the local telephone company.

This equipment is designed for use with USOC registered jack RJ11. It is intended for single line use, and may not be used
on public coin phone service provided by the telephone company. Connection to party line service is subject to state tariffs
(contact state public utility commission, public service commission or corporation commission for information). An FCC
compliant telephone cord and modular plug is provided with this equipment. This equipment is designed to be connected to
the telephone network or premises wiring using a compatible modular jack which is Part 68 compliant. See Installation
section for details.

If Power Pal causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company will notify you in advance that temporary
discontinuance of service may be required. If advance notice is not practical, the telephone company will notify the customer
as soon as possible. Also, you will be advised of your right to file a complaint with the FCC if you believe it is necessary. The
telephone company may make changes in it’s facilities, equipment operations or procedures that could affect the operation of
this equipment. If this happens, the telephone company will provide advance notice in order for you to make necessary
modifications to maintain uninterrupted service. No repairs may be made by the user. If trouble is experienced with Power Pal
contact Dataprobe (201.967.9300) for repair or warranty information. If the equipment is causing harm to the telephone
network, the telephone company may request that you disconnect the equipment until the problem is resolved.

FCC Part 15 Class B Registration

This equipment is covered by FCC rules for a Class B computing device.

The following information is provided for the information and guidance of the user. FCC regulations, Part 15 prescribed by the
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) specify that we provide the following information:

WARNING

This equipment generates and uses radio frequency energy and, if not installed an used properly, in strict accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions may cause interference to radio and television reception. It has been type tested and found to
comply with the limits for a Class B computing device in accordance with the specification in Part 15 of FCC Rules and
Regulations, which are designed to provide a reasonable protection against such interference in a residential installation.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

If this equipment does cause interference to radio or television reception, (which you can determine by turning the equipment
OFF and ON), try to correct the interference by one of more of the following measures.

· Reorient the receiving antenna.
· Relocate the computer with respect to the receiver.
· Move the computer away from the receiver.
· Plug the computer into a different outlet so that the computer and receiver are on different branch circuits.
