● Monitor Manager software in the host cannot find a
certain network device. Possibly the communication port
of the network device is damaged. Please ask
professional staff for maintenance.
Serial communication device is out of control
● See whether the communicating connection pins in the
serial communication device to be control are correctly
connected (In RS-232 protocol, RX end should be
connected to TX transmitting end; In RS-485 protocol, “+”
end should be connected to “-”end)
● See whether the configurations of baud rate, stop bit,
parity of the device to be controlled are the same as those
of Control system program.
● See whether the control code in the device to be
controlled is the same as those in Control System
program.
● Checking by computer, to find there is no control code
output from the serial port of the system host. Please
change the communication port or ask professional staff
for maintenance.
