Press and hold chairman unit digit key ―1‖
for 3 second to initiate voting and access to voting
status. The last vote is valid. Discussion unit is
with memory for last voting press. Voting result
will be shown by indicator. Press and hold
chairman unit digit key ―5‖ for 3 second to stop
voting, press and hold key ―5‖ to return to
conference mode.
Privilege function：
Shut down ——Press and hold chairman unit MIC
switch for 3 seconds to shut down all opened
delegate Discussion units.
Pre-conference sign-up:
Press and hold chairman digit key ―2‖ for 3
seconds to initiate sign-up and access to sign-up
mode, press ―MIC switch‖ key to sign up.
Press chairma
n unit key ―5‖ for 3 seconds to exit
sign-up mode.
Processing Discussion application:
Press chairman unit digit key ―3‖ to approve
Discussion application. Pressing it once to
approve one delegate unit for giving a Discussion
and it is in according with th e principle of ―first
come first out‖.
